FESTIVAL OF FRISA,NARDO'

In Nardò the frisa festival is celebrated, now in its 25th edition and organized by the Festival Committee of the parish of the Sacred Heart.The festival coincides with the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and will begin at 20.30 in the parish square.The frisa becomes the protagonist of an evening dedicated to the rediscovery of the traditional flavors of Salento: whether it is wheat or barley, it can be seasoned as desired with all the products that the earth offers, such as tomatoes, capers, peppers, rocket, and lots of oil.

BRONTE'S PISTACCHIO FESTIVAL

This festival is every 2 weekend in october every year in Bronte, a city of Sicily.

This festival is located at the foot of the Etna volcano. here you can taste pesto, pistachio-flavored Modica chocolates, cakes, arancini, pasta and even ice cream. In between tastings, you can also catch the shows, pop into the shops, or even get away from it all and take a guided tour of the city if you wish!

Wine Festival

from 17 to 19 August(after the harvest of grapes)

On those days red wine flows from the fountain located in the main square and people taste it and take part to cultural events.Exhibitions of artworks about customs and traditions are displayed in the beautiful rooms of the Ducal palace. People can taste local traditional dishes and wine from Puglia and can listen to music concerts.

BRUSCHETTA FESTIVAL

This festival is between the 15-16-17 of August and is full of tastings, folklore shows, exhibitions, live music and guided tours. With a single, great protagonist: the highest quality extra virgin olive oil, with an intense and aromatic flavour, already appreciated by the ancient Romans.

EuroChocolate, Perugia


The EuroChocolate festival takes place in Perugia between the 14th and 23rd of October every year, and is an absolute must-attend if you love chocolate. Tastings, displays, sculptures and exhibits featuring chocolate bananas, chocolate liqueurs, chocolate bars and even chocolate kebabs - it's chocolate everything, as far as the eye can see!

Lemon Festival, Massa Lubrense

Hazelnut Festival, Cortemilia

Every August, the community-based festival of Hazelnut Festival presents tourists and the residents of Cortemilia the opportunity to take part in and showcase the local cuisine and culture. Mainly focusing on hazelnut specialties like delicious chocolate cakes, sweetened cookies, cream spreads and aromatic oils, the festival also hosts events like a classical music concert, a dance show, a fireworks display, colorful parades, and a hazelnut-themed contest for amateur bakers and pastry chefs.
